Are We Making Pancake Boards a Thing?

Our friends at Board & You have gone completely viral in Louisville with their artistically (and perfectly) assorted charcuterie boards. We can’t get on IG without seeing these masterpieces. But unlike most charcuterie boards, Board & You doesn’t stop at meat + cheese.

There’s a new craze that’s seen all over IG explore, Pancake Boards. Replace the meat and cheese with pancakes and surround it with the most decadent toppings you could ever think of. Strawberries, blueberries, grapes, bananas, chocolate chips, caramel, whip cream, and the list goes on and on. Not only are they delicious, the new “brunch boards” are the most instagrammable content you could ask for. Some even put a side of bacon and eggs to bring it to the next level. Brunch AF.
